Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times is from despatch not when the order was placed

All Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Holidays are defined by announcements on the website and social media channels

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, if there are courier issues such as strikes, holiday deliveries, and/or other issues beyond our control, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will make you aware via email or via our social media channels. Once shipped please be aware this order is not within our control but the courier and we can’t answer specific queries on your parcel.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • UK Shipping method: 48 Hour Tracked
  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email Once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please ensure you check you junk box and the email provided is accurate.

    International Shipping

  • Will be sent with DHL

  • If your address is in a remote area it will be sent with ROYAL MAIL

  • Customs, Duties and Taxes

    LJs Sweetz & Giftz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

    Damages

    LJs Sweetz & Giftz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact your courier Directly  and email us to confirm this so that we can sort out a claim for you.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photos detailing the damage upon arrival. If the parcel is extremely damaged then please decline the delivery and contact us via email at ljssweetzgiftz@hotmail.com immediately.

  • Please allow 10 (28 for International) business days for your parcel to be delivered, after 10 business days will it then be deemed as lost and a refund or replacement will be sent.
